We’d like to begin by saying that, much like other companies, we are having to make some changes to the way we operate with the public while adhering to any distancing measures outlined by the Government as a result of Coronavirus. Currently, we are operating with a mixture of staff working from our Jesmond office and others working from home. Because of the layout of our office, we are not in a position to accept walk-ins from the public, therefore, we must stress the importance of planning in advance of making a trip to our office.
We also ask that you remain flexible as we move in to the Summer months, as Jesmond is usually teeming with student tenants ahead of term starting in Autumn and the measurements in place do not allow us to operate as we have done in the past. As you can appreciate, we are in an unprecedented time and the Government are yet to release detailed guidance aimed at the student rental market and as such, we are moving ahead as best we can with the information that has been published to date.
If you are a tenant moving out of one of our properties or landlord providing keys for prospective tenants, keys can be dropped through our letterbox in an envelope marked with your name and the property to which the keys relate.
Please note, all key collections will be by appointment only.
